The Government of Karnataka has declared that, ANY EMPLOYEE, WORKING IN THE STATE OF KARNATAKA, HAVING UNFORTUNATELY AFFECTED BY Corona Virus shall provide a Medical Certificate to the Employer and on such receipt of request, the Employer needs to give the Employee 28 days of Paid Leave to him/her which will be other than the regular paid leaves.
