The Government of Odisha has officially revised the minimum rates of wages across all 91 scheduled employments, effective 01st April 2026. Issued by the Labour Directorate, Odisha, this mandate incorporates a Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) hike of ₹10 per day. This change directly impacts operational compliance and payroll structuring for all businesses operating within the state.
