This is for your information, The Government of Meghalaya Vide No.LE&SD.39/14Pt/531, has released Notification under Ease of Doing Business under various labour laws.

The Meghalaya Department of Labour , Skill Development & Employment mandates that all the applications are submitted online through the Invest Meghalaya Portal with no requirement for submission of a hard copy and no applications would be accepted offline for mentioned in notification services.
