The Government of Karnataka vide notification no 617, has repealed the Karnataka Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2017.

As per attached the notification, the contribution rate for the employees whose names are there in the register of the establishment as of 31st December, is retained to rupees six from rupees twenty per year, and the employer’s contribution rate is retained to rupees twelve from rupees forty per employee.
