The Governor of Madhya Pradesh has published vide Gazette notification the below mentioned amendments.

  • Factory Act will be applicable where more than 50 employees are engaged instead of 20 employees.
  • Contract Labour Act will be applicable where more than 50 employees are engaged instead of 20 employees.
