The Government of Maharashtra, Department of Labour has extended the deadline for filing annual returns under various labour laws and The Maharashtra Shops And Establishments (Regulation Of Employment And Conditions Of Service) Act, 2017, to 31st July2020 as many establishments could not file their annual returns for the year2019 due to the outbreak of COVID 19.
