This is for your information, The Jaipur District Collector and Magistrate has issued a public notice requiring all Government departments, private institutions, public sector undertakings, and subordinate offices ( where 10 or more employee are employed ) to register their Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) details on the SHe-Box portal.
This action is in line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 and aims to ensure compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) regulations. Organizations must register their ICC details on the portal.
