Compliance News Flash – The Andaman & Nicobar Administration has officially released the list of public and restricted holidays for the calendar year 2026 under Notification No. 90/2025/F.No.M-13/18/2022-GA-Section-Sectt. In line with directives from the Ministry of Home Affairs, the Lieutenant Governor has declared 16 Gazetted holidays, while employees may also choose any two restricted holidays from an extensive secondary list.
