Please find attached herewith the Maharashtra Gazette notification; wherein due to the Covid Pandemic all the employers have been given an opportunity in Maharashtra to file their pending Returns which were due till 31st Dec’2021 under various State Taxes like Professional Tax; without any penalty till 31st March’2022.
