Just a heads up, the Tamil Nadu Labour department has recently announced that all establishments in the state need to have Tamil Name Boards by 15th May 2025.

They have asked for strict compliance, as penalties of up to Rs 1 Lakh or suspension could be imposed starting from 16th May 2025. So, make sure to get your Tamil Name Board up before the deadline to avoid any trouble.
