This is for your information, The Government of Maharashtra has published the attached notification, thereby notifying the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund (Amendment) Act, 2024.

Under this amendment, the LWF rates in Maharashtra have been changed from Rs.12 and Rs.36 for Employee and Employer to Rs.25 and Rs.75 respectively with immediate effect.
