GURUGRAM – The Gurugram District Authority has officially overhauled its compliance framework for the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act. For the 2026 calendar year, all establishments operating within Gurugram must adhere to a new, comprehensive POSH Compliance Checklist for their annual filings.
This update signals a move toward stricter digital verification. Notably, the District Officer will now only accept Annual Reports via the official departmental email. To ensure authenticity, these reports must be sent from the registered official email address of the concerned organization; submissions from personal or third-party generic accounts may face rejection.
